nWe are looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can speak confidently with prospects, understand their situation quickly, qualify them properly, and consistently build a strong sales pipeline.

Role DescriptionnThis is a full-time role focused on lead qualification, outbound calling, follow-ups, and pipeline generation .

nYou will be one of the first people prospective customers speak with after they register, enquire, attend an event, or engage with Mentorque.

nYour job is not to aggressively sell the program on the first call.

nYour job is to understand the prospect, identify whether Mentorque can genuinely help them, qualify their intent, and move the right prospects to a strategy/sales conversation.

What You Will Don

n
- Call new leads quickly after they enter the pipeline.
n
- Speak with prospects over phone and WhatsApp.
n
- Understand their current role, job-search status, target opportunities, challenges, and urgency.
n
- Qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
n
- Book qualified prospects for strategy/sales calls.
n
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects who have not yet booked.
n
- Re-engage older leads and build pipeline from existing databases.
n
- Maintain accurate lead status, notes, next steps, and follow-up dates.
n
- Update CRM / Google Sheets daily.
n
- Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure qualified prospects are handed over properly.
n
- Track daily activity including calls made, conversations, qualified leads, booked calls, show-ups, and conversions.
n




- Identify common objections and prospect feedback and communicate them back to the team.
n
- Work toward clear daily and weekly pipeline targets.

What We Are Looking Fornn
- Strong verbal communication skills.

- Comfortable making a high volume of calls every day.
n
- Confident speaking with recent people without sounding scripted.
n
- Persistent with follow-ups without being pushy.
n
- Ability to listen, ask good questions, and understand what a prospect actually needs.

- Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics.
n
- Strong ownership and discipline around CRM and lead tracking.
n
- Ability to handle rejection and continue performing consistently.
n
- Good written communication for WhatsApp and follow-up conversations.
n
- Previous experience in SDR, BDR, telesales, inside sales, admissions, recruitment, counselling, or customer-facing roles is preferred.
