We're an AI-native customer engagement platform that helps businesses automate conversations across voice, chat, and email using intelligent AI agents. We've shipped an initial product, have revenue traction, and are now building the growth engine that will take 8loop from early adopters → mainstream adoption. We're looking for our first core sales hire — someone who wants to open doors, build relationships, and create the outbound engine that fuels our growth.

You will be the first voice prospects hear from 8loop, qualifying leads, educating the market on AI voice agents, and building the foundation of a predictable sales engine. Research and identify target accounts in BFSI, healthcare, hospitality, and real estate • Build prospect lists using LinkedIn, Apollo, Lusha, and other tools • Execute multi-channel outreach: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn messages • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand pain points and buying intent • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking Handle objections around AI adoption, automation risks,



and ROI • Iterate on outreach strategy • Share feedback from the field to improve positioning and collateral • Collaborate with marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness Work closely with founders on deal strategy and account mapping • Join demos and sales calls to learn the full sales cycle • 1–3 years in sales, BDR, or customer-facing roles • Comfortable with cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn)

- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Prior experience in SaaS, AI, or tech startups • Experience with sales automation tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft)
