SALES COORDINATOR – MIS & REPORTING

We are looking for a highly organised and professionally trained Sales Coordinator – MIS & Reporting to support our sales and management team. This is not a basic sales coordination/data-entry position. The primary responsibility will be Sales MIS, reporting, data analysis, pipeline management and management dashboards, with strong hands-on expertise in Advanced Microsoft Excel.

MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENT

Candidates must have strong practical and hands-on experience in Advanced Excel and Sales MIS reporting.

Candidates who have only basic Excel knowledge, or who are not professionally trained in Excel/MIS reporting, please do not apply.

Advanced Excel Skills – Mandatory

Strong hands-on working knowledge of VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF/IFS, IFERROR, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, SUMPRODUCT, SUBTOTAL, TEXT functions, DATE functions, FILTER, SORT, UNIQUE, Dynamic Arrays, Excel Tables, Pivot Tables/Charts, Slicers, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Advanced Filtering, data cleansing, reconciliation, multi-sheet/multi-workbook reporting, dashboards and visual reporting. Practical knowledge of Power Query, Power Pivot, Excel Data Model, DAX, LET, LAMBDA, automated/refreshable MIS reports, consolidation of multiple Excel/CSV files, forecasting and trend analysis will be strongly preferred. The candidate should be capable of independently preparing Daily/Weekly/Monthly Sales MIS, Sales Pipeline & Opportunity Reports, Lead/Enquiry Trackers, Salesperson/Product/Customer/Region-wise analysis, Target vs Achievement, MoM/YoY analysis, Sales Forecast,



Probability-weighted Pipeline, Quotation/PO/Order Status, Dispatch & Delivery, Receivables Follow-up, Ageing and Management Dashboards.

Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, MS Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and CRM/ERP reporting will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

· Collect, consolidate and validate sales data from different team members.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales databases.

· Generate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

· Track sales targets against actual achievements.

· Maintain the complete sales pipeline and opportunity tracker.

· Identify pending actions, ageing opportunities and follow-ups.

· Prepare management dashboards and analytical reports.

· Coordinate with sales team members to obtain missing or updated information.

· Ensure accuracy and consistency of all management reports.

· Highlight important deviations, delays and gaps to management.

· Continuously improve and automate reporting processes.

Candidate Profile (The ideal candidate should be):

· Highly proficient in Excel and MIS reporting.

· Extremely comfortable working with large datasets.

· Detail-oriented and accurate.

· Good at data analysis and identifying discrepancies.

· Able to independently create reports rather than relying on templates.





· Comfortable coordinating with multiple sales team members.

· Strong in written and verbal communication.

· Able to work with tight reporting deadlines.

· Professionally trained in Advanced Excel / MIS / Data Analytics is preferred.

IMPORTANT

· Hands-on Excel/MIS experience is mandatory.

· Candidates will be required to undergo a practical Excel/MIS assessment as part of the recruitment process.

· Practical Excel & MIS Assessment: The assessment will cover lookup & reconciliation, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, data cleansing, sales analysis, pipeline analysis, target vs achievement, forecasting, dashboard creation and Power Query.

· Please do not apply if you have only basic Excel knowledge or have not worked hands-on with sales MIS/reporting.

Experience

· 2–5 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination, Sales MIS, MIS Executive, Sales Operations, Business MIS or similar roles.

· Experience working with a B2B sales organisation, technology company, system integrator, OEM or project-based business will be an advantage.

What We Expect

· We are looking for someone who can take a raw Excel file and independently turn it into a clean, accurate and management-ready MIS/reporting dashboard.

· The person should not require step-by-step instructions for routine Excel reporting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
