Soul Spry By Shiimpy is hiring an experienced Sales Counsellor / Sales Closer for our Skin, Hair, Aesthetic & Wellness Clinic.
We are looking for someone who can handle the complete sales process — calling leads, booking consultations, follow-ups, counselling clients and closing treatment packages independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming leads through calls and WhatsApp
- Convert enquiries into clinic appointments
- Follow up consistently with interested clients
- Understand client concerns and recommend suitable programmes
- Conduct in-clinic counselling and close sales
- Handle price and treatment objections confidently
- Maintain lead and follow-up records
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets
- Manage client closures independently in the founder’s absence
Required Skills:
- Excellent Hindi & English communication
- Strong sales, follow-up and closing skills
- Valuable objection-handling and negotiation ability
- Confident with both phone and face-to-face sales
- Presentable, professional and target-oriented
- Comfortable selling premium/high-value packages
Preferred Experience: Aesthetic, Dermatology, Hair Restoration, Slimming, Wellness, Healthcare or other premium service sales. We are looking for a strong closer, not just a telecaller.
