Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized B2B Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing customer enquiries, quotations, sales orders, documentation, and coordination with internal teams. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with B2B clients and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the B2B sales team and customers for enquiries, requirements, quotations, and order processing.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, purchase orders, invoices, and other sales-related documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with vendors, distributors, logistics, accounts, and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, sales status, and follow-ups.




- Handle customer queries and provide timely updates on product availability, pricing, delivery, and order status.
- Assist the sales team in preparing MIS reports, sales reports, and follow-up reports.
- Track pending enquiries and follow up with customers to support conversion of leads into orders.
- Coordinate with the purchase/procurement team for product availability and pricing.
- Maintain proper documentation and update customer and sales information in CRM/ERP/Excel.
- Support the sales team in day-to-day B2B sales coordination and administrative activities.

Required Skills
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Experience in handling B2B customers and sales documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups simultaneously
- Knowledge of IT products, hardware, software, networking, or technology solutions will be an added advantage.
