Position: Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

- Coordinate with distributors, dealers, clients, and sales team for regular business activities.
- Handle client queries, order follow-ups, payment follow-ups, and other sales-related coordination.
- Maintain and update sales data, customer records, order details, payment status, and outstanding reports.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and ensure proper reporting to management.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing, dispatch, invoicing, and delivery updates.
- Maintain proper documentation of PI, invoices, customer details, payment records, and other sales documents.
- Follow up with clients regarding pending orders and payments.
- Coordinate internally with Accounts, Dispatch, Production, and Sales teams whenever required.
- Ensure all sales-related data is accurate, updated, and properly organized.
- Assist management in preparing sales reports, targets,



and other business-related MIS.

Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Back Office, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to prepare and maintain reports and MIS.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Good follow-up and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain records systematically.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes, invoices, payments, and order management will be preferred.

Preferred Candidate A candidate who is organized, responsible, good at follow-ups, comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, and capable of maintaining proper sales documentation and reporting.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
