Key Responsibilities Manage existing customers and maintain strong relationships.

Follow up for calibration renewals and repeat orders.

Track calibration due dates and proactively contact customers.

Prepare quotations and coordinate orders with the service team.

Handle customer enquiries and ensure timely responses.

Maintain customer database and daily follow-up reports.

Identify opportunities for additional services and generate repeat business.

Requirements Graduate with 2-3+ years of experience in sales coordination/inside sales.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.

Target-oriented, proactive, and positive at follow-ups.

Experience in calibration/testing or technical services is preferred.
