Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Coordinator – Sales & Marketing to coordinate sales activities, dealers, customers, orders, MIS, dispatches, and payment follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with Sales Officers, Zonal Managers, dealers, farmers, warehouse, logistics, and accounts.
- Process and track sales orders, quotations, dispatches, and deliveries.
- Maintain dealer/customer records and follow up on payments and outstanding amounts.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales MIS and reports.
- Coordinate nursery, tissue-culture banana, and polyhouse enquiries/orders.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain sales documentation and support management with sales administration.





Qualifications & Skills :

- B.Sc./M.Sc. Agriculture, B.Tech Agricultural Engineering, B. Com, BBA/MBA/PGDM – Sales & Marketing.
- 6–7 years of experience in Sales Coordination/MIS/Sales Administration preferred.
- Experience in agri-inputs, fertilizers, nursery, horticulture, irrigation, polyhouse, or plastic mulching is an advantage.
- Positive MS Excel, MIS, communication, coordination, follow-up, and analytical skills.
- Tally/ERP knowledge preferred.

Pay: ₹11,461.94 - ₹53,350.19 per month
