Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Coordinator role based at Rayzon Solar Limited’s office in Surat.

The Sales

Coordinator will support the sales team by handling order processing, preparing quotations, maintaining accurate sales records, and coordinating with internal departments such as logistics,



finance, and production to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The role involves responding to customer inquiries, following up on leads, updating CRM or sales tracking systems, and assisting in preparing sales reports and presentations.

The Sales

Coordinator will also help organize meetings, manage documentation, and track key sales metrics to support business growth and effective sales operations.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage orders, documentation, and internal alignment.
- Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service to handle inquiries, support clients, and assist the sales team in achieving targets.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Comfort with basic office software (e.g., MS Office) SAPand CRM or sales management tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Surat, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize in a rapid-paced environment.
- Relevant experience in sales support, coordination, or customer service; experience in renewable energy or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
