Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in customer coordination, order processing, documentation, follow-ups, and day-to-day sales activities. The candidate should have good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers and the sales team regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales orders, and other sales documents.
- Follow up on enquiries, pending orders, payments, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Dispatch, Logistics, and Accounts for timely order execution.
- Track sales orders from order confirmation to final delivery.
- Maintain customer and sales records in MS Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and MIS.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal departments for resolution.
- Maintain records of quotations, purchase orders, invoices, dispatches, and customer communications.
- Monitor pending orders and provide regular status updates.




- Coordinate dispatch and logistics activities as per customer requirements.
- Follow up with Accounts regarding customer payment status.
- Assist the sales team with reports, presentations, and other sales-related documentation.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Customer Coordination, or Sales Administration.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and email communication.
- Experience with ERP/CRM software will be an advantage.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Customer-oriented approach and professional communication.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Indore, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
