Sales & Order Processing:

- Process incoming spare parts and machine requests received via phone, email, or walk-in clients.

- Prepare and issue accurate technical/commercial quotations and check product availability for customers or internal service teams.

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for maintenance kits, components, and rapid-moving spares.

Inventory & Logistics Management:

- Monitor stock levels continuously to ensure fast-moving machine parts remain available.

- Source rare or out-of-stock components by coordinating with external supplier networks.

- Oversee shipping logistics to deliver parts from the warehouse to domestic and international client locations.

Technical Support & Vendor Coordination:

- Identify correct spare parts using technical manuals, assembly drawings, and serial numbers.

- Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to negotiate pricing, lead times, and dispatch priority.

- Support internal sales, engineering, and service teams to resolve technical inquiries promptly.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
