Role Description The Sales Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, responsible for supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include managing inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining customer records, and coordinating order processing and delivery schedules. The role involves regular communication with clients and internal teams to track orders, follow up on payments, and address customer queries.

The Sales

Coordinator will assist in generating sales reports, updating CRM or sales tracking tools, and supporting sales campaigns and events.



This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced industrial machinery setting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage inquiries, orders, and internal workflows efficiently.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Customer Service skills to support client relationships, handle queries, and contribute to business growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess basic proficiency in MS Office or similar tools, with experience in CRM or sales management software preferred.
- Relevant experience in industrial machinery, manufacturing, or B2B sales support is beneficial.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, accuracy in documentation, and a customer-centric approach are essential.
