We have an exciting prospect with a leading sports organization for the position of Backend Coordinator / Sports Operations based in Jasola, New Delhi- South East Delhi.

Position Details

- Job Title: Sales coordinator for Sports Operations
- Location: Jasola Road, New Delhi

- Experience: Minimum 3 Years
- Salary: Up to 6 LPA
- Mode of interview: F2F only

- Excellent Communication needed
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

- Gender: Only Male

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with players, academies, coaches, and other sports stakeholders.
- Manage contracts, agreements, and documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for timely dispatch and delivery of products.
- Follow up on acknowledgements and resolve delivery-related queries.
- Work closely with the finance team for invoice tracking and payment processing.
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational trackers.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth backend operations.

Required Skills:




- Strong experience in Backend Coordination, Operations, Sales Coordination, or MIS Reporting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced MS Excel knowledge (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Reporting, Dashboards, etc.).
- Experience in Sports, FMCG, Consumer Goods, or related industries will be preferred.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple priorities.

Educational Qualification:
- Graduate in Business Administration, Commerce, Sports Management, or related fields.
