Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales Consultant role based in Kozhikode.

The Sales

Consultant will engage prospective students and guardians, understand their career goals, and present Corrivex programs and services in a clear, consultative manner. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound inquiries, conducting face-to-face and phone consultations, giving course presentations, and following up with leads to support enrollment decisions.



The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with training and placement teams, and contributing to local outreach activities such as seminars, events, and campus visits.

The Sales

Consultant is expected to meet individual and team targets while ensuring a high standard of customer experience and ethical representation of the institute.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Consulting skills with the ability to understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a positive, supportive experience throughout the enrollment process.
- Excellent Communication and Consulting skills, including active listening, clear presentation, and professional follow-up.
- Prior experience in education sales, training institutes, or related service industries is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM or similar tools for lead management and reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Kozhikode, manage multiple inquiries, and meet performance targets.
- Relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent practical experience also considered.
- Knowledge of shipping, logistics, or GCC job markets is beneficial but not mandatory.
