Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Consultant role based in Lucknow.

The Sales

Consultant will engage directly with customers, understand their needs, present suitable products or solutions, and guide them through the purchase process.

Responsibilities include managing inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotes, following up on leads, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role also involves building strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues or fulfill orders efficiently.





The Sales

Consultant will work toward individual and team sales targets while representing Beeaar Group’s values and service standards.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Consulting skills, including needs assessment, solution presentation, and closing sales.
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Effective Communication and Consulting skills to explain product features clearly and provide informed recommendations.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or client-facing roles is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and manage a dynamic, target-driven setting.
- Basic proficiency with office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
