Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth coordination between customers, sales, production, dispatch, and internal departments.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong follow-up ability, and good knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, requirements, quotations, and delivery schedules.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with the sales team.
- Follow up with Production regarding order status and completion.
- Track pending orders, production status, dispatch status, and delivery commitments.
- Maintain daily sales and order follow-up reports in Excel.
- Coordinate with customers regarding order confirmations and required documents.
- Follow up on dispatches and update customers regarding delivery status.
- Coordinate with Accounts regarding invoices, payments, and other sales-related requirements.
- Maintain proper records of customer orders, quotations, invoices, and dispatch details.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and pending-order reports for management.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely communication.




- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve order-related issues and delays.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Basic understanding of sales/order processing.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support, Order Processing, Customer Coordination, Manufacturing, Pharma, or Medical Device industries will be preferred.

Experience 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.

Freshers with positive communication and Excel skills may also be considered.
