Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coach who can deliver practical sales training, mentor learners, and help them develop the skills required to perform confidently in real-world sales roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct practical and engaging sales training sessions.
- Train learners on prospecting, cold calling, pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
- Conduct role plays, mock calls, and practical sales activities.
- Evaluate learner performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor learners and support their overall sales skill development.
- Maintain training assessments and performance records.




- Develop and continuously improve training content based on current sales practices.
- Use practical industry experience to help learners understand real-world sales scenarios.
- Guide learners in applying sales concepts effectively in live or simulated situations.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, sales training, or coaching.
- Strong hands-on experience across the complete sales cycle.
- Proven experience in conducting sales training, mentoring, or coaching.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong understanding of prospecting, cold calling, negotiation, objection handling, and closing.
- Ability to engage, mentor, and motivate learners with different levels of experience.
- Robust practical knowledge of B2B sales and client-facing sales processes.
