We’re looking for a Sales Closer — NOT a Telecaller.

You’ll be working with ExpertsBIO, a performance marketing company focused exclusively on helping coaches and experts build and scale high-ticket businesses.

ExpertsBIO has supported 100+ coaches, with expertise across Meta Ads, funnels, offer positioning and growth systems.

What Makes This Role Different?

You’re selling a business transformation — not just a service.

You’ll speak with warm, pre-qualified coaches who are already looking to improve their business.

The program helps coaches build a revenue-generating system through:

- Offer & niche positioning
- Funnel buildout
- Paid ad launch
- Hands-on implementation support
- 12 months of ongoing support

Your job is to understand where the coach is today, what’s stopping their growth and what they want to achieve, then position the program as the right solution.

Your Responsibilities

- Conduct video sales calls with warm, qualified leads
- Understand the prospect's business, goals and challenges
- Present the offer using a consultative sales approach
- Handle objections around price, trust, timing and ROI
- Guide prospects toward a buying decision
- Follow up consistently with interested prospects
- Maintain accurate CRM records and call notes
- Track your pipeline and conversion performance
- Share prospect insights and objection patterns with the team

Who We're Looking For

You should have:

- 2–3 years of high-ticket sales experience
- Experience in coaching, consulting, EdTech or personal development preferred




- Excellent English + Hindi
- Strong video-call presence and communication
- Solid discovery, objection handling and closing skills
- Ability to follow a sales framework without sounding scripted
- Strong CRM and pipeline discipline
- High ownership and accountability
- Comfort working in a target-driven environment
- Genuine interest in consultative, transformational selling

Bonus Points

- Previous experience selling coaching or mentorship
- Former coach or experience investing in high-ticket coaching
- Sales/remote-closing training
- Strong interest in continuously improving sales skills

You Are NOT The Right Fit If...

- Your experience is limited to e-commerce/D2C sales
- You have no exposure to high-ticket or consultative selling
- You rely heavily on scripts
- You see objections as dead ends
- You dislike follow-ups or CRM discipline
- You need constant supervision
- You're uncomfortable being measured on performance
- You're looking for a fixed-salary-only role

Compensation

₹30,000–₹35,000/month Fixed + Uncapped Performance Incentives

OTE: ₹1,25,000+/month
