Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, goal-oriented individuals to join our Sales & Business Development team. The role involves engaging prospective learners, understanding their career goals,
recommending suitable programs, and supporting them throughout the admission journey while contributing to organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective learners regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Generate, qualify and nurture leads through calls and digital platforms.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain CRM records.
- Resolve queries professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Build long-term learner relationships.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent communication.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience may apply.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude.
