Role Responsibilities

- Generate leads and connect with potential clients.
- Pitch IITIAN Craft services to startups, businesses, hotels, educational institutes, clinics, restaurants and local brands.
- Identify founders, CEOs and business decision-makers.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the sales/technical team.
- Assist in closing sales deals.
- Maintain client records and sales reports.

? Earnings Structure — Performance Based? Commission: 10% on every successfully converted project There is no fixed salary or stipend. Your earnings are completely performance-based.

✅ Bring a ₹20,000 project → Earn ₹2,000

✅ Bring a ₹50,000 project → Earn ₹5,000





✅ Bring a ₹1,00,000 project → Earn ₹10,000

✅ Bring a ₹2,00,000 project → Earn ₹20,000

? Example:

If you bring 3 projects worth ₹50,000 each:

Total Client Revenue = ₹1,50,000

Your 10% Commission = ₹15,000

Requirements

- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Interest in sales, marketing and business development.
- Ability to research and generate leads.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Maps and WhatsApp outreach.
- Freshers and students are welcome.
