Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Project Lead Generation Executive to identify upcoming construction projects and collect accurate project information for our Aluminium Windows & Facade Division. This role is purely for lead generation and market intelligence. No sales closing or business development targets will be assigned.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit ongoing and upcoming residential, commercial, institutional, and industrial construction sites on a daily basis.
- Identify potential projects suitable for Aluminium Windows, Curtain Wall, Glazing, ACP, and Facade works.
- Collect complete project information, including:
- Client/Owner Name
- Architect Name
- Builder/Developer Name
- Contractor Name
- Project Location
- Stage of Construction
- Estimated Window/Facade Requirement
- Contact Details of Decision Makers
- Conduct cold visits to construction sites and establish initial contact with relevant stakeholders.
- Capture site photographs and maintain proper project records.
- Submit daily field visit reports with verified project details.
- Maintain and regularly update the project lead database.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team by handing over qualified leads for further follow-up.

Eligibility

- MBA preferred




- 1–3 years of field experience in Construction, Building Materials, Aluminium, UPVC, Glass, Hardware, or related industries preferred.
- Fresh candidates with strong field exposure and communication skills may also apply.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preference: Candidates from Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula, Himachal Pradesh, and nearby areas. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
