Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with customers regarding loan requirements
- Explain personal loan, overdraft, and financial products to customers
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options
- Maintain regular follow-ups for lead conversion
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain proper customer records and update CRM systems
- Coordinate with backend and operations teams for smooth processing
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Ensure proper documentation and process compliance
