We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate with a proven track record in selling courses, workshops, or educational programs.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound leads and convert them into paid enrollments.
- Conduct sales calls, counselling, follow-ups, and negotiations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Handle objections and close deals effectively.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of relevant sales experience.
- Solid communication, negotiation & closing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Experience in course/ed-tech sales preferred.
- Fluent in Hindi & English.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
