Sales Associate — Berlin Rental Placements (Work From Office, Noida)

Pay: ₹12,000/month fixed + performance incentive (see below)

Location: Noida (Delhi NCR) — candidates based in Delhi NCR preferred, Noida-based candidates strongly preferred. This is a work-from-office role.

About the role

We're building a sales team for our Berlin (Germany) rental placement business — helping international students and young professionals find housing across Berlin. You'll be the first point of contact for these clients, guiding them from inquiry to confirmed booking over WhatsApp and Facebook, using a structured system we train you on. Real clients, real deals — not cold-calling, not data entry.

Shift & Schedule:

- Mandatory 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST shift (10 hours), from our Noida office
- 1 day off per week (Tuesday)

What you'll need
- Your own smartphone with a working internet connection (for postings/leads on the move and property visits)
- Comfortable commuting to our Noida office daily

What the role requires — non-negotiable from day one:
1. Minimum 4 physical property visits per day
2. Post every 2 hours (Facebook + WhatsApp) to generate new leads
3. 3 sales per week — meaning service fee payment received, not just a visit or a pending deal
4. Create and maintain a WhatsApp group to add every fresh lead into
5. Ongoing Facebook posting for lead generation
6. Real-time updates to the client tracking sheet as visits/calls happen
7. End-of-day report: visits done, leads added, posts made, deals closed, follow-ups on pending deals, and next day's visit plan

Incentive structure
- Incentive unlocks after your first 3 closed sales (training phase or on-the-job)
- Up to 3 sales/month: ₹800 per sale
- 4–10 sales/month:



₹1,000 per sale
- 11+ sales/month: ₹1,200 per sale
- No cap on the number of sales or total incentive earned

What we're looking for
- Fluent in English and Hindi, spoken and written — required
- Strong written communication (this role is almost entirely chat-based)
- A genuine sales mindset — comfortable guiding a conversation toward a decision
- Self-motivated, able to manage client conversations independently and follow a structured process consistently
- Comfortable with basic cross-cultural communication (clients are international; full training provided)
- No prior real estate experience required

Key — please read before applying: This is a performance-driven, commission-linked, work-from-office role based in Noida, with a fixed 10-hour daily shift (12pm–10pm IST) and one weekly day off. Candidates should be based in or able to commute daily to Noida/Delhi NCR. The fixed salary is guaranteed; the incentive structure rewards consistent closing. This is not a passive or low-effort role. There are no fees, deposits, or payments required from candidates at any stage of hiring or onboarding.
