Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist role at The Cap Book is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The specialist will drive awareness and adoption of the platform by identifying prospective clients, presenting CAP Book’s value proposition, and managing the full sales cycle. Day-to-day activities include nurturing leads, conducting product demos, maintaining relationships with investors, fund managers, and startups, and supporting customer onboarding.





The role also involves coordinating marketing campaigns, gathering market insights, collaborating with internal teams on promotional materials, and tracking performance metrics to optimize outreach strategies.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven Customer Service experience, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated Sales abilities, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Experience in Training clients or team members on platform features and best practices.
- Background in Sales Management, such as planning pipelines, reporting, and setting performance targets.
- Familiarity with financial services or investment platforms is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced workplace, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
