Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in shipping, freight forwarding, and logistics services, as well as nurturing existing client relationships. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and meeting potential customers, preparing and presenting service proposals, coordinating with operations teams to ensure service quality, and maintaining accurate sales records.

The specialist will support and execute marketing initiatives, such as campaigns, digital outreach, and promotional activities,



to increase brand visibility and market share. The role also involves handling customer inquiries, providing timely service information, and collaborating with team members on sales strategies and performance reporting.

Qualifications
