Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time role responsible for driving enrollment and engagement for 4CHAMPZ coaching programs. This hybrid position is based in Bengaluru, with a mix of on-site client meetings and limited work-from-home activities such as planning, follow-up, and reporting. Day-to-day work includes identifying and approaching potential clients in gated communities, educational institutions, and corporate organizations, presenting 4CHAMPZ services, and managing the sales pipeline.

The specialist will coordinate marketing campaigns, support promotional events,



and collaborate with coaches and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. The role also involves maintaining strong customer relationships, gathering feedback, and preparing regular performance and market insight reports.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills, with experience in lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to explain program offerings clearly and support client orientation sessions.
- Candidates should have proficiency in basic digital tools (CRM or spreadsheets, email, presentation software) and an understanding of marketing principles.
- Relevant experience in education, sports, or coaching services sales is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage a field schedule, and travel locally within Bengaluru as needed.
