We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive with 2+ years of experience to join SharyX AI, an AI-powered automation platform helping businesses automate customer conversations, lead qualification, follow-ups, and appointment scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

- Convert digital marketing leads into qualified prospects and paying customers.
- Conduct product demos through Google Meet and clearly explain SharyX AI’s solutions based on client requirements.
- Understand customer pain points and recommend the right AI solutions for their business.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Negotiate with clients on pricing, plans, and commercial terms and drive deals towards closure.
- Conduct outbound sales and customer outreach through LinkedIn and email to generate new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from both inbound and outbound leads.
- Identify decision-makers and initiate conversations with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up, and deal information in CRM/sales tracking tools.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to improve lead quality, sales messaging, and conversion rates.




- Consistently work towards achieving monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development, preferably in SaaS, AI, or technology products.
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales and lead conversion.
- Confident in conducting online product demos through Google Meet.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience handling inbound leads and converting them into customers.
- Experience with LinkedIn and email outreach for lead generation.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and present solutions effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
- Robust follow-up skills and a target-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
