Department: Marketing & Sales Position: Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic, target-oriented Marketing Executives with strong sales and marketing experience, preferably from the health insurance industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong market connections and proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Identify potential customers and generate quality leads through field marketing, networking and referrals.

Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, corporate partners and referral networks.

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful lead conversion and customer satisfaction.

Conduct promotional activities, client meetings and field visits to expand business.

Candidate Requirements





Prior experience in sales, marketing or business development.

Preference will be given to candidates from the health insurance industry, particularly those with a strong sales record.

Proven ability to generate leads, acquire customers and achieve sales targets.

Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Experience in field marketing, B2B sales or corporate sales will be an advantage.

- Self-motivated, result-oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are particularly interested in high-performing Sales Executives, Marketing Executives and Business Development Executives from health insurance companies who have experience in customer acquisition, relationship management and achieving revenue targets.
