Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work full time on-site in Recent Delhi, supporting clients in adopting and maximizing SUNIL ROZHA’s digital growth and AI automation solutions.

Responsibilities include identifying prospective clients, presenting service offerings, conducting product demonstrations, and guiding businesses through the sales cycle from initial enquiry to closing. The role involves developing and executing marketing initiatives, supporting local outreach campaigns,



and collaborating with the team to refine messaging and promotions. Daily tasks also include managing client communications, addressing service-related inquiries, coordinating training sessions for clients on using digital tools, and maintaining accurate sales and pipeline records.

The Specialist will contribute to feedback gathering, market analysis, and continuous improvement of sales and marketing strategies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, build trust, and manage client relationships effectively.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and support end-to-end sales processes.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to onboard clients, explain digital solutions clearly, and support adoption of tools and workflows.
- Experience in digital marketing, CRM tools, or AI-enabled business solutions is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in New Delhi, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet performance targets.
- Strong analytical, presentation, and documentation skills, with proficiency in standard office and communication software.
