About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and confident Sales & Marketing Specialist who can manage client relationships while coordinating with different media partners including newspapers, radio stations, and television channels .

The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with clients, understanding their advertising requirements, preparing media proposals, following up on business opportunities, and coordinating the execution of advertising campaigns with media houses.Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and identify potential advertising clients.
- Meet and communicate with existing and prospective clients to understand their advertising requirements.
- Recommend suitable advertising options across Newspaper, Radio, Television, and other traditional media platforms .
- Prepare advertising proposals, quotations, media plans, and presentations for clients.
- Coordinate with newspapers,



radio stations, television channels, and other media vendors for:
- Advertisement rates
- Availability and scheduling
- Publication dates
- Radio spots
- TV commercial slots
- Campaign execution
- Negotiate advertising rates and packages with media partners where required.
- Ensure advertisements are released correctly and according to the client's approved schedule.
- Coordinate the collection of advertisement creatives, artwork, scripts, videos, or other required campaign materials.
- Regularly update clients regarding campaign status and execution.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with media representatives and clients.
- Follow up with clients for approvals, payments, renewals, and future campaigns.
- Maintain proper records of client requirements, quotations, media bookings, releases, and invoices.
- Work closely with the internal creative, accounts, and management teams.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional advertising services.
- Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills Required

- Ability to confidently communicate with senior executives, business owners, and media representatives.




- Good knowledge of traditional advertising channels such as Print, Radio, and Television .
- Ability to prepare quotations, presentations, and basic media plans.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, email, and WhatsApp Business.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Experience
- 1–4 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, client servicing, business development, or a similar role.
- Previous experience with an advertising agency, newspaper, radio station, TV channel, media house, or marketing company will be preferred.
- Candidates with existing relationships with local businesses or media representatives will have an advantage.

Educational Qualification Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Advertising, or any related field .

Relevant industry experience will also be considered.What We Are Looking For
