Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Chandigarh, India. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and promoting the company’s electrical and electronic products in the assigned region. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings, delivering product presentations, preparing quotations, and following up on inquiries to close sales.

The representative will support marketing campaigns, gather market intelligence,



and provide feedback on customer needs to help refine product offerings and strategies. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams, maintaining accurate sales records, and participating in training and product knowledge sessions to ensure effective customer engagement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to generate leads, convert opportunities, and support promotional activities.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to deliver product demonstrations and educate customers on features and benefits.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in electrical/electronic or industrial products, is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site, manage field visits, and travel locally as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools, with strong organizational and reporting skills.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
