Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

- Identify new business opportunities, markets, customers, and potential applications.

- Manage and develop relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Generate leads through direct sales, networking, digital platforms, exhibitions, and other marketing channels.

- Handle technical discussions, customer presentations, product demonstrations, quotations, and commercial negotiations.

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

- Lead, guide, and motivate the sales and marketing team.

- Develop and maintain a solid sales pipeline and regularly monitor business opportunities.

- Coordinate with production, engineering, service, and management teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and management presentations.

- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, customer meetings, and business development activities.

- Develop strategies for expanding business in existing and new domestic/international markets.





- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build long-term business relationships.

- Willingness to travel within India and internationally, as required.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate/Postgraduate qualification in Engineering, Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.

- 1015 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in engineering, machinery, manufacturing, automation, or industrial products.

- Proven experience in B2B sales and business development.

- Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.

- Experience in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.

- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Good commercial and business understanding.

- Proficiency in English communication is required.

- Willingness to travel frequently for customer meetings and business development.

- Knowledge of CRM, MS Office, digital marketing, and modern sales tools will be an advantage.

- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
