Onesoul Social is looking for a Business Development & Marketing Manager to help drive new business, manage incoming leads, build compelling pitches and strengthen the agency’s own marketing efforts.
This role is suited to someone who understands digital marketing, communicates confidently with brands and can turn qualified leads into robust business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of qualified inbound leads generated through our performance marketing campaigns.
- Understand client requirements, evaluate the opportunity and prepare customised pitch presentations.
- Book and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.
- Present Onesoul’s services clearly and confidently during initial conversations.
- Proactively identify and approach potential fashion, lifestyle, beauty, jewellery, hospitality and allied brands.
- Research prospective clients and identify gaps or opportunities in their current digital presence before pitching.
- Help develop and execute marketing strategies for Onesoul Social, with a strong focus on digital visibility, lead generation and founder-led positioning.
- Support strategic digital marketing discussions for select key clients where required.
Key KPIs
- Number and quality of qualified meetings booked
- New retainer revenue generated
- Conversion of qualified leads into active opportunities
- New business opportunities generated through proactive outreach
- Contribution to Onesoul Social’s marketing and business development strategy
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand brands quickly and think strategically
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills
- Confidence in speaking with founders, business owners and marketing teams
- Ability to create well-structured and persuasive pitch presentations
- Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of client needs
Good to Have
- Experience working with a digital marketing or creative agency
- Understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience with fashion, lifestyle, beauty, jewellery or hospitality brands
- Familiarity with CRM tools, lead tracking and sales pipelines
- Strong PowerPoint / Canva presentation skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
