Sales and Marketing Executive will drive patient acquisition and boosts brand visibility by implementing marketing strategies, managing referral networks, and conducting outreach programs. Responsibilities include organizing health camps, building relationships with doctors/clinics/community heads or sarpanch, and achieving patient, revenue, and corporate tie-up targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Referral Network Development: Build and maintain robust relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, and other referral partners to increase patient flow.
- Marketing & Branding: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance hospital visibility and promote services.
- Field Activities: Conduct field visits to corporate offices, insurance companies, and community organizations to promote health check packages and corporate tie-ups.
- Event Coordination: Plan and execute health camps, awareness programs,



and promotional events.
- Digital & Content Management: Manage social media, website content, and online reputation.
- Reporting: Track marketing activities, monitor campaign performance, and submit regular reports on KPIs to management.

Qualification and Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Sales and Marketing / related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in hospital, diagnostic center, or healthcare sales and marketing is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
