We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Business Operations Executive to join our paper trading business. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by expanding our client base for packaging papers (Semi-Kraft, Kraft Paper, and Duplex Board) while managing critical end-to-end commercial operations like collections, reconciliation, and daily reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

- Increase Sales: Drive the sales volume of Semi-Kraft, Kraft paper, and Duplex boards to meet and exceed monthly targets.
- New Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new B2B clients, specifically targeting corrugated box manufacturers, packaging units, and converters.
- Market Expansion: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new parties to ensure repeat business.

Accounts & Recovery

- Payment Recovery: Follow up regularly with clients to ensure timely payment collection and maintain a healthy cash flow.
- Party Reconciliation:



Conduct regular ledger and account reconciliation with clients to resolve outstanding balances or billing discrepancies.

Operations & Reporting

- Daily Reporting: Generate, maintain, and share daily business reports detailing sales figures, customer visits, collections, and pending orders.
- Market Intelligence: Keep track of market price fluctuations in Kraft and Duplex paper grades to help optimize sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business operations (experience in paper trading, packaging, or the manufacturing industry is highly preferred).
- Skills: Robust negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of financial ledgers, account reconciliation, and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for report generation.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, trustworthy, and highly comfortable with field visits for client onboarding and recovery.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
