Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Electronics Sourcing, Purchase & Sales Executive to manage the sourcing, purchasing, sales, and basic technical activities related to electronic products.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying reliable manufacturers, dealers, distributors, and suppliers; obtaining quotations; comparing prices; managing purchases; coordinating with suppliers; supporting sales and marketing activities; and maintaining product and supplier information.

This position is suitable for both freshers and experienced candidates who have an interest in electronics, purchasing, sales, and online sourcing platforms such as IndiaMART.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing & Procurement
- Source electronic products from manufacturers, dealers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Search for new suppliers and manufacturers through IndiaMART, Google, supplier networks, and other B2B platforms.
- Contact suppliers and collect product details, prices, MOQ, availability, warranty, delivery time, and payment terms.
- Compare quotations from different suppliers and identify suitable purchasing options based on price, quality, and availability.
- Negotiate with suppliers for better pricing and commercial terms.
- Maintain a database of suppliers, products, prices, and contact information.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding orders, dispatch, delivery, replacements, and warranty issues.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with reliable suppliers.
- Purchase Management
- Prepare and manage purchase orders.
- Track pending and completed purchases.
- Coordinate with suppliers until the material is received.
- Verify product specifications, quantity, and basic quality requirements.
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, quotations, and related documentation.




- Monitor stock requirements and coordinate with the concerned team for timely purchasing.

Sales & Marketing Assist in selling electronic products to existing and potential customers.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products.

Prepare quotations and communicate prices, specifications, and availability to customers.

Follow up with leads received through IndiaMART, website, phone, WhatsApp, email, and other sources.

Assist in online product listings, product descriptions, and basic digital marketing activities.

Identify new products and market opportunities.

Coordinate with customers regarding orders, delivery, and after-sales requirements.

Basic Technical Responsibilities

Develop a basic understanding of electronic components, products, specifications, and applications.

Understand product datasheets, specifications, part numbers, ratings, and compatibility.

Assist customers and internal teams with basic technical product information.

Coordinate with technical personnel or suppliers when detailed technical clarification is required.

Learn about new electronic products and technologies relevant to the company's business.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of electronics and electronic products.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel/Google Sheets, email, and internet research.
- Basic knowledge of IndiaMART and B2B sourcing is preferred.
- Ability to search and identify manufacturers, dealers, and suppliers online.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to compare products, prices, specifications, and suppliers.
- Willingness to learn about new electronic products.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities independently.




- Basic knowledge of English and Hindi communication is preferred.

For Freshers

- Freshers with 10th Pass and Keen interested in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field may apply.
- Candidates who do not have prior purchasing or sales experience but have:
- Basic electronics knowledge
- Good communication skills
- Interest in sourcing and sales
- Good computer/internet skills
- Willingness to learn

- Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:

Education

- Preferred: 10th pass and in Electronics, Electrical, or related fields.
- Graduates from other backgrounds may also be considered if they have relevant skills and interest in electronics, sourcing, sales, and procurement.
