About the Role This is a Sales and Career Advisory role where selected candidates interact with IT students and professionals. The role requires understanding technical backgrounds and explaining InfiJobs services clearly and ethically.

Target Candidate Profile Key Responsibilities

This role is suitable for candidates with an IT or technical background such as B.Tech, BE, MCA, MSc IT, MSc CS, BCA, or candidates with robust understanding of IT roles like Software Development, Data Engineering, QA, Cloud, DevOps, Business Analyst, or related domains.



Communicate with IT students and professionals to understand their technical background and career goals Explain InfiJobs programs and processes clearly Handle objections and guide candidates toward informed decisions Maintain follow-ups, CRM updates, and coordination with internal teams Required Skills & Knowledge Basic to intermediate understanding of IT concepts and roles Ability to understand IT resumes and career paths Strong English communication skills Confidence in phone and video conversations Training & Growth Selected candidates will receive structured training in IT career advisory, sales communication, objection handling, and international hiring processes. Performance-based growth opportunities are available.

Compensation Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives. Growth depends on performance, ownership, and contribution.
