- Prepare and conduct safety training programs.
- Provide induction training to new employees and workers.
- Conduct regular toolbox and awareness sessions.
- Train workers on PPE and safe working procedures.
- Conduct specialized training for high-risk activities.
- Maintain training attendance and records.
- Evaluate worker understanding through practical demonstrations/tests.
- Identify training gaps and recommend improvement programs.
Key Requirement Positive communication and presentation skills with practical construction safety experience.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
