About the Project

This position is part of a construction project at Palhera, Meerut, involving development of UPSRTC Maintenance Workshop/Depot facilities being constructed by NCRTC for the Delhi-Meerut RRTS Corridor. The scope includes administrative buildings, depot/workshop structures, PEB and steel structures, maintenance pits, roads and associated civil, structural, architectural and electrical works.

Job Summary

We are looking for Safety Engineers / Safety Stewards to monitor and support implementation of Safety, Health & Environment requirements across the project site.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor compliance with project SHE and safety requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify unsafe conditions.
- Monitor safe working practices across construction work fronts.
- Identify hazards and unsafe acts/conditions and report them immediately.
- Ensure workers follow required safety procedures.
- Monitor use of PPE and compliance with site safety instructions.
- Coordinate with site teams to implement corrective actions.
- Conduct toolbox talks and communicate safety precautions.




- Maintain safety inspection records and documentation.
- Support secure execution of construction activities during assigned shifts.
- Escalate serious safety concerns to project management immediately.

Candidate Requirements

- Technical qualification.
- SHE-related certificate/course.
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Experience in construction/infrastructure site safety.
- Good knowledge of safety inspection and site safety practices.
- Willingness to work in day/night shifts.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

- Meerut, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
