Total Experience: Minimum 10 Yrs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Co-ordinating and monitoring the programme of fire risk assessments.

 Coordinating for various audits related to EHS and working on mitigations of audit points.

 Advising on fire issues relating to building structure and fabric, services, alterations and maintenance

 Advising on new build fire safety requirements

 Liaising with the Fire Brigade, HSE on fire safety issues and authorities involved in fire safety.

 Advising on fire issues relating to the day-to-day activities of occupants.

 Giving Trainings on fire safety relating to disabled persons evacuation and compliance with requirements, and the provision and maintenance of evacuation chairs and other aids.

 Advising committees on fire safety issues relating to the above.

 Investigating incidents involving fire and fire alarm activations to identify problems and advise on corrective actions, and reporting these to Management.

 General day to day monitoring of Safety & fire precautions.





 Preparing annual reports on issues relating to fire & safety.

 Representing the Company on fire safety issues and facilitating cooperation with other employers where 2 or more occupy the same premises.

 Monitoring and mitigation of unwanted fire alarm activations.

 Providing advice and guidance on fire issues relating to Control of Substances Hazardous to Health

(COSHH) Regulations,

 Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (DSEAR) and other legislation relating to the activities of building occupants.

 advising on general fire issues arising from occupiers’ activities (excluding Estates work)

 Organising and monitoring building fire evacuations.

 The acquisition and distribution of fire safety information

 Advising committees on issues detailed above.

 Recording (and retaining as necessary) reports of fire incidents, defining them and completing annual

Safety and Health.

 Managing the role of the Fire Training and Fire Evacuation Coordinator.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
