Role Description

We are looking for an experienced RPA Lead to lead end-to-end automation development and intelligent automation initiatives. The role involves designing and implementing scalable RPA solutions, leading development teams, establishing automation best practices, and delivering solutions leveraging UiPath, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), OCR, AI/ML, and next-generation intelligent automation technologies .

Qualifications

- 8+ years of application development experience with 7+ years of UiPath or equivalent RPA experience preferred.
- Strong hands-on experience with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and UiPath Cloud .
- Experience leading RPA development teams, including technical mentoring, code reviews, delivery oversight, and SDLC management .
- Strong experience in API, SQL, XML, JSON integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization .
- Experience with OCR, Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Document Understanding, and Communication Mining (IXP) .




- Strong programming experience in C#, Java, or C++ , with scripting knowledge in Python, Perl, VB, or Shell.
- Experience working with Windows, UNIX/Linux, and mainframe/legacy applications .
- Strong understanding of RPA governance, coding standards, reusable frameworks, solution design, and delivery best practices .
- Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies , effort estimation, solution sizing, technical documentation, and project governance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, infrastructure teams, and senior leadership .
- Experience identifying automation opportunities and driving digital transformation initiatives across business functions.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLM-based document processing, AI Agents, and next-generation intelligent automation is highly desirable.
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field .
