Job Title: RPA Developer

Location: Work from Home/Remote

Shift: EST- 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on RPA Developer to design, develop, deploy, and troubleshoot automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows based on business requirements.
- Troubleshoot automation failures, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Support process discovery and identify opportunities, risks, and improvements for automation.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, process flows, and testing/deployment notes.
- Support automations in testing and production environments.

Required Skills:





- 3+ years of hands-on RPA development experience.
- Strong experience with at least one major RPA platform: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Experience with RPA workflow development, debugging, exception handling, and deployment.
- Working knowledge of Python, C#, or Java for scripting and integrations.
- Understanding of SDLC and software development practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive communication skills with the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
