Job Title: RPA Developer

Location: Work from Home/Remote

Shift: EST- 6:30PM to 3:30AM IST

Mandatory skills: RPA Development, UiPath, Python/C#, excellent communication

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on RPA Developer to design, develop, deploy, and troubleshoot automation solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows based on business requirements.

· Troubleshoot automation failures, perform root-cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.

· Support process discovery and identify opportunities, risks, and improvements for automation.

· Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into automation solutions.

· Prepare technical documentation, process flows, and testing/deployment notes.

· Support automations in testing and production environments.





Required Skills:

· 3+ years of hands-on RPA development experience.

· Strong experience with at least one major RPA platform: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.

· Experience with RPA workflow development, debugging, exception handling, and deployment.

· Working knowledge of Python, C#, or Java for scripting and integrations.

· Understanding of SDLC and software development practices.

· Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication skills with the ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
