Job Title: RPA Developer (UiPath) Experience: 3-5 Years Department: Hyper Automation Factory - GSC Data and Analytics About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic RPA Developer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade automation solutions. With a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience, you will be responsible for architecting robust frameworks, integrating cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities, and mentoring team members within our Hyper Automation environment. The ideal candidate acts as a bridge between complex business problems and scalable technical execution, ensuring all automations are resilient, secure, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities Advanced Solution Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex RPA solutions using UiPath, ensuring alignment with futuristic architecture and AI-driven workflows. Framework &

- Governance: Develop and maintain reusable automation frameworks (REFramework) and coding standards to ensure high performance, security, and scalability across the enterprise.

Intelligent Automation: Implement OCR-based document automation (UiPath Document Understanding) and integrate LLMs (OpenAI or enterprise platforms) for advanced use cases.

System Integration: Execute seamless integrations with SAP (GUI/BAPI), third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs, and custom-built applications. Orchestration &

- DevOps: Manage bot lifecycles through UiPath Orchestrator and lead the implementation of CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps) for RPA deployments. Leadership &
- Collaboration: Analyze Project Definition Documents (PDDs), create detailed solution designs, and mentor junior developers on best practices and emerging technologies. Optimization &
- Support:



Perform root cause analysis for production issues and continuously optimize bots for efficiency, accuracy, and rigorous performance standards.

Mandatory Technical Skills Core RPA: 3-5 years of expert-level experience in UiPath development and Orchestrator management (queues, assets, triggers).

Programming: Strong proficiency in VB.NET or C#, with the ability to develop custom code activities when required.

Integrations: Proven track record with API-led connectivity, web services, and SAP automation. AI/ML &

- OCR: Practical experience integrating AI/ML models, LLMs, and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) into automation workflows. DevOps &
- Version Control: Hands-on experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Full-Stack Awareness: Understanding of modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) to support custom application integrations. Good to Have UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification.

Experience with cloud-native development (Azure/AWS) and serverless architectures. Knowledge of Process Mining or Task Mining tools to identify automation pipelines.

Experience in designing microservices to bridge legacy systems with modern automation. Soft Skills &

Educational Qualification
