JD Role : Robotics & Control Systems Engineer Experience : 8 to 12 years Notice Period : Any Mode : Work from Office Location : Hyderabad , Pune ,Chennai, Kolkata ,Delhi & Bengaluru Key Skills & Competencies - Classical and up-to-date control theory, kinematics, dynamics, trajectory generation, and motion planning

- Reinforcement learning, imitation learning, policy training, and sim-to-real transfer
- ROS/ROS 2 development, sensor fusion, state estimation, LiDAR, camera, and IMU integration
- Embedded/edge deployment experience, preferably with NVIDIA Jetson platforms
- Robotics validation practices including calibration, sensor placement, ground-truth verification, and safety testing
- Cross-functional collaboration with Physical AI Architects, Leads, Engineers, and hardware teams Key Responsibilities - Design and validate control algorithms and motion-planning stacks for target robot platforms




- Support sim-to-real transfer of policies trained in Isaac Lab and tune for domain gaps
- Integrate perception, planning, and control modules with hardware-in-the-loop test rigs
- Validate AMR fleet, robotic-cell, and safety use cases against applicable blueprint patterns
- Collaborate on Jetson-based edge deployment and onboard inference optimization
- Contribute to test protocols, safety validation documentation, and field trial support NVIDIA Platform & Technology Expertise - NVIDIA Isaac Lab for reinforcement/imitation learning workflows
- NVIDIA cuMotion for accelerated motion planning
- NVIDIA Jetson platform for edge/embedded inference
- NVIDIA Isaac ROS GEMs for perception and navigation
- NVIDIA Metropolis/VSS for safety and monitoring use cases
- NVIDIA GR00T awareness for future robotics foundation model opportunities
