Role Description The Robotics Engineer will work on-site in Rajkot in a full-time capacity, developing and implementing robotic and automation solutions for manufacturing and pneumatic equipment systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, configuring, and testing robotic cells, integrating robots with existing machinery, and optimizing automated processes to improve efficiency, safety, and product quality.

The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define requirements, troubleshoot technical issues,



and support continuous improvement initiatives in production lines.

The Robotics

Engineer will document designs, create technical reports, and provide training and guidance to maintenance and operations teams on robotic systems. The position offers opportunities to contribute to recent product development and to enhance automation across a broad range of industrial applications.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Robotics and Process Automation, including experience with robotic systems integration and automated manufacturing workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, including problem-solving, data analysis, and the ability to diagnose and optimize complex technical systems.
- Candidates should possess Software Development skills relevant to robotics, such as programming in languages like C/C++, Python, or PLC programming for industrial automation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear technical documentation, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to explain engineering concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher), Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with industrial robots, motion control systems, sensors, and PLC/SCADA platforms is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with CAD tools and basic electrical/mechanical design principles in an industrial environment is an advantage.
