Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for Rm/RO/SM/DSA Manager positions. The role involves sourcing and onboarding new customers for housing finance products through direct sales, channel partners, and DSAs, while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.

Responsibilities include assessing loan applications, conducting basic credit evaluations, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely processing of home loans. The role also requires achieving sales targets, monitoring portfolio quality,



and providing post-disbursement support to customers. The manager will collaborate with branch teams to drive business growth, maintain compliance with company policies, and represent Shubham professionally in the local market.

Qualifications

- Strong customer relationship management and client servicing skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term engagement.
- Experience in sales, business development, or channel management, ideally in housing finance, banking, or NBFCs.
- Knowledge of home loan products, basic credit assessment, and documentation processes in retail lending.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in local language and working-level English.
- Ability to work in office in field and branch environments, manage targets, and handle multiple customer cases efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy, including use of MS Office and digital tools for data entry and reporting.
- Graduate degree in any discipline; a background in finance, commerce, or business management is an advantage.
- Prior experience in the Lucknow market or nearby regions, and familiarity with local customer segments, is beneficial.
