Peoria Builds is looking for RMC Sales Executives to expand our Ready Mix Concrete business across Hyderabad.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new RMC business, developing relationships with builders and contractors, visiting construction sites, generating leads and converting enquiries into confirmed orders.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new sales for Ready Mix Concrete (RMC).

- Identify and approach builders, contractors, developers and construction companies.

- Regularly visit construction sites and generate new business enquiries.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.

- Generate leads through field visits, references and market development.

- Understand project requirements and provide suitable RMC solutions.

- Prepare quotations and negotiate with customers within company guidelines.

- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into orders.

- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

- Maintain an active sales pipeline.

- Coordinate with the RMC plant, dispatch and operations teams.

- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding payments.

- Monitor competitor pricing and market activities.

- Maintain daily sales visit and enquiry reports.

Preferred Candidate

- 15 years of experience in RMC, cement, construction materials or B2B sales preferred.

- Experience dealing with builders, contractors and construction sites will be an advantage.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.





- Good knowledge of the Hyderabad construction market.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Willing to travel for customer and site visits.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and email.

Salary & Incentives

Annual CTC: 1.2 Lakh 6 Lakh

Salary will depend on experience, existing customer network and sales performance.

Performance-based incentives may be provided in addition to the fixed salary.
