Role Description The Rider Network Partner role is an in office position based in Gurugram. In this role, the Rider Network Partner supports the recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of delivery riders to ensure sufficient capacity for daily operations. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining rider databases, scheduling and assigning delivery routes, and communicating operational updates and policies to riders.

Partner collaborates with operations and customer service teams to address delivery issues, support performance tracking, and promote adherence to safety and quality standards.
This role also involves building strong working relationships with riders, assisting with basic training, and helping resolve rider-related queries or concerns.
Qualifications
- Experience in field operations, logistics coordination, or fleet management, preferably within delivery or e-commerce environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with riders and internal teams.
- Basic data management and organizational skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets or simple workforce management tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, with flexibility for shift-based or extended hours during peak demand.
- Customer-centric mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle high-volume, fast-paced operational workloads.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
- Understanding of local geography in and around Gurugram and comfort working with mobile apps and navigation tools.
